Can I personalise my notebook?

Yes! You can add a foil-printed or debossed monogram (initials or name) to your notebook. Choose your preferred style during the order process.
Can I order in bulk for my business or event?

Yes, we offer branded bulk notebooks for corporate orders. You can customise them with your logo, and orders start from 10+ units. Visit our B2B site for full options.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt, provided the notebook is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised (monogrammed) notebooks unless they are faulty.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Is the faux leather vegan-friendly?

Yes, the cover is made from high-quality PU faux leather, offering a premium feel without using animal products.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t yet entered the customisation (monogramming) process, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible, and include your order number.
How long will my order take?

Personalised notebooks are usually crafted and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer.
