We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. All notebooks are personalised and packaged with care in our Hertfordshire studio before being dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Processing Time

Personalised orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During peak periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work hard to get your order out promptly.

Delivery Options (UK Only)

We ship all orders using Royal Mail’s reliable tracked services:

Estimated delivery: 1 working day from dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2 working days from dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey right to your door.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, strikes, or seasonal demand may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
